This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Strategy Insights (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Reputation Pulse (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
To produce audits and scores, we gather publicly available information about businesses (for example, ratings, review counts, business-profile completeness, and search results) from public sources and authorized APIs. If you are a business owner and wish to inquire about data we hold, contact us (Section 7).
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, to run the Service:
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required).
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Immutable historical scans are retained as part of your reputation history. You may request deletion as described in Section 6.
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. If our affiliate program is active, a first-party referral cookie records which affiliate referred you so commissions can be attributed. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may impair the Service.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at nathan@digitalstrategyinsights.com. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails; we will still send essential account and transactional messages.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level data isolation between tenants. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We operate in the United States, and our service providers may process information there. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S. and other locations where our providers operate.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new date and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes.
